Application privacy notice
This notice explains what Dual Impact Dental Academy does with the information you give us when you apply.
What we collect
Your name, email address, phone number, home address, date of birth, your answers about the admission requirements, any experience you choose to share, and your preferred payment plan.
Why we collect it
To review your application, contact you about it, schedule your admissions interview, confirm that you meet the admission requirements (including age), and prepare your enrollment if you are accepted. Your date of birth and address are also needed for the background check and fingerprinting that admission requires. We will ask for your separate written authorization before any background check is run.
Who can see it
Our admissions staff. The information is stored with the service providers that run this website, its database and its email. If you are approved and pay online, payment is handled by Stripe and we never see your full card number. We do not sell your information.
